Man dies in fatal house fire in Sydney's west

A man has died in Cabramatta, in Sydney west, after his house went up in

Emergency services were called to the home on Utzon Road shortly after 6am this morning, and found the building well alight.
Firefighters performed CPR until the paramedics arrived. (9News)
Firefighters pulled the man from the home and performed CPR until paramedics arrived, but he couldn't be revived.
The man is yet to be identified. It's believed he was the only person in the house at the time.
Fire crews have managed to get the fire under control.
A crime scene has been established and inquiries into the cause of the fire are underway.
Forensic specialists and fire investigators will wait until the scene has been declared safe before they are able to enter the site to begin examination.
