An elderly woman has died after falling into a creek on a private property in the Adelaide Hills.
The body of the 95-year-old woman was found on the Gumeracha property on Sunday morning.
Police said the woman went out for a walk on Saturday evening when she fell in the creek.
They said her death was not suspicious or the result of a medical episode.
Her death comes just days after another woman was left stranded in a creek during wild weather.
Chris Moore was trapped in a "wildly rushing" flooded creek for about 40 minutes on a property on Spring Road at Mount Barker Springs on Thursday.
The owner of Hope Springs Eternal Dog Rescue, said she had been warned not to go anywhere near the creek by her partner.
She said she tried to grab the edge of the bridge, rocks or anything else within reach, but was quickly engulfed in water.
Following the incident, police said the woman was not injured and had been treated at the scene by ambulance officers.
