A man has been arrested after the bodies of a man and a woman were found at a house in Sydney's south this morning.

Emergency services were called to an address in Tudar Road, Sutherland, at 8am.

A man has been arrested after the bodies of a man and a woman were found at a house in Sydney's south this morning. (Nine)

After finding the bodies, they arrested a 46-year-old man believed to be known to the pair.

He's in custody and investigations continue, police said.
