Amman.. HRH Prince Ali Bin Al-Hussein is following on a major rescue


operation after 18 people have been killed and many more injured when torrential rains swept away a group of students and teachers touring in a bus near the Dead Sea area.


From the very first moment of the tragedy and under the directives of His Majesty King Abdullah, Prince Ali had been watching closely the incident from the National Centre for Security and Crisis Management. The Prince said the center is working to coordinate efforts with all concerned state agencies to continue to look for people who are still missing and unaccounted for.


Prince Ali also offered his condolences to the families of victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
