Assad warplanes target Sweida countryside


Assad warplanes attacked on Monday (July 30) villages controlled by ISIS in Sweida countryside, Orient Correspondent said.


Assad warplanes targeted Um Rwaq village and Karaa area in Sweida desert, Orient Correspondent added.


Swaida 24 Facebook page said that warplanes targeted last night ISIS-controlled areas in the desert. The sounds of explosions were heard in the eastern and north-eastern Sweida countryside resulted from the raids, Swaida 24 added.


The Facebook page reported also that aircraft targeted ISIS convoy east of Um Rwaq village.


More than 300 people were killed, and more than ten women were kidnapped in the city of Sweida in coordinated assaults by ISIS attackers who overran villages and staged multiple suicide attacks inside the southern Syrian city.
