Assad regime militias, backed by Russian air force, have intensified bombardment campaign in eastern Ghouta’s towns and cities, using internationally banned weapons, since yesterday, killing 92 people and injuring hundreds.
Orient News correspondent said at least 92 people have been killed since yesterday in eastern Ghouta’s different towns and cities, where Assad militias used the internationally banned inflammable napalm bombs and white phosphorous.
More than 200 people were affected symptoms consistent with chlorine gas inhalation as regime militias reportedly targeted the residential areas in Saqba and Hammouriya with toxic gas around 9 p.m. Damascus time, according to our correspondents.
Assad regime, determined to wrest the eastern Ghouta suburbs from the control of opposition after seven years of war, has resorted to extreme levels of shelling and bombardment to clear the way for its troops to advance on the ground, killing hundreds of civilians in the past two weeks.
